Tip: To help you get a quick and easy start, and to allow you to judge the accuracy of the Ascentii Role Fit Survey by using it to assess job applicants, we recommend that you use the following Quick Start Guide. This process will take you less than two minutes to complete!

Quick Start Guide:

  1. On your personal and confidential Recruiter Admin Control Panel, click Generate New Assessment Link button.


  2. Select a job category from the drop-down list that fits staff in your own work group (e.g., Insurance Underwriter, Customer Service Representative, Elementary School Teacher, Critical Care Nurse, Sales Rep, etc.). If the role/job you would like to profile is not included in the drop-down list, please contact us at info@ascentii.com with an accurate and detailed job description and we will analyze the job using our validated 54 Factor Job Competency framework and then post the job in the drop-down list; typically within 2 - 3 business days - it will then be available for you to use to screen job applicants during your Free Trial.


  3. Click Send button to have the candidate assessment link sent to you by email.


  4. Check your email for the link (remember to check your Junk eMail folder in case your spam filter mistakenly quarantined it).


  5. Include the link in job postings on your organization's Careers web page and/or job posting on electronic Job Boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Yahoo! Hotjobs, Workopolis, etc. You may also email the same link to specific applicants in your Applicant Tracking System or other database. In order to obtain a faster response include the instructions that they complete the 10 - 12 minute online assessment by 5PM of the next business day.


  6. Repeat the process for other jobs/roles for which you are hiring; remember the free trial will provide you with an unlimited number of Job Applicant Screenings, so the more, the better - it will save you time and allow you to get top applicants scheduled for telephone screening interviews and therefore be presented to Hiring Managers faster than ever.


  7. At any time you can log in to your Admin Control Panel to obtain a rank-ordered listing of completed assessments by Job/Role, and immediately view and export individual screening reports.

  8. You have complete access to Ascentii's Job Applicant Screening Tool for FREE for 30 days from date of registration.
